Zelenskyy: Russian terrorism the 'new normal'

The attack occurred on Thursday as residents of Hroza gathered for a memorial service. Zelenskyy, who has tried to shore up waning support from his allies, said such assaults are "the new normal." Speaking to reporters in Granada, Spain, Zelenskyy said, "I believe that today it is impossible to defend ourselves with any means other than air defense -- especially in winter -- to protect the people who absolutely, tragically died in this inhumane terrorist attack. " Zelenskyy was taking part in a summit aimed at strengthening cooperation across Europe. He asked for more help to put "weapons in the hands" of his troops. However, he is concerned that what he called "political storms" could disrupt the flow of aid from the US.

Russian President Vladimir Putin says that if military aid for Ukraine dried up, the country would last only a week. He told a gathering at a think tank that the US and "its satellites" had lost their influence and their "sense of reality." He also boasted that Russians are trying to create a "new world order."
