Gadgets and notebook currently being goods that always by our side. The importance of gadgets functions currently build the existence of this device. The usage of gadgets keep increasing. Especially, in this pandemic people is obliged to interact form a distance and had to use technology to keep in touch with their family and friends. The needs of the gadgets makes the users do not want to loose from their gadget, as a result the users will watched the gadgets screen with high intensity. From this high intensity of usage will appear some harmful effect for the users, one of them is weary eyes, headache and nausea. Here’s some tips to overcome this effect.

1.       Reduce screen brightness

Tips to avert tired eyes due to high intensity watched the gadgets and laptop screen by reducing the screen brightness. In general eye tiredness because gadgets and noteboo high screen brightness. The high brightness will make your eye feel tired faster and sometimes make headache.

2.    Blink when your eye feel tired

User that get to serious with their gadgets, they rarely to wink. This condition make your eye feels tired faster. Why ? because rarely to wink make your eyes dry and this is the beginning of your eye tiredness. So that, if you feels your eye tired when using gadgets or notebook, do some wink gradually until you sensing a changes in your eyes.

3.    Rest your eyes and do 20-20-20 technique

Try to resting your eyes for a minutes. If you feel your eyes feels heavy, please do this tips. Resting your eyes with 20-20-20 technique. 20-20-20 technique is after 20 minutes you watched the screen, the next 20 minute is to not see your gadgets screen and try to see another object as far as 20 meters from where you sit or stand.

4.    Set your tables and chairs

Your tables and chair setting is important and have to be considered. Set your seat comfortably and firm facing toward the notebook monitor with a distance about 50 – 60 cm. if you use a table, do not let the notebook lights facing your face directly.

5.      Turn on protection-eye mode or dark-mode

Generally, gadgets and notebooks has eye protection feature. This feature would set light screen level to the most comfortable brightness to be seen. Protection mode will make the screen brightness more shade, not too bright so that not make your eyes tired faster. Dark mode features can also be used to reduce the number of light admitted eyes.

6.      Close your eyes for a while

If you feel these ways still not effective, you can also try this tips. Just close your eyes for a while. Close your eyes for some minutes every one hour to make your eyes more relax. You can also stand up and take a walk for a minutes to resting your eyes and body.
