US Ready to Talk with N. Korea Again

WASHINGTON - The world is anticipating another nuclear talks between 2 countries. Yesterday (12/6), Morgan Ortagus, the spokesperson for US Department of State, stated that the country is ready for another nuclear talks with their still-quiet interlocutor, N. Korea.

The statement was made just at the same date when US and N. Korea were having their first ever meet in Singapore at Capella Resort, Sentosa Island.

In fact, it was the first in the history of bilateral relationship of the 2 countries with polar difference.

From the meeting, born 4 points which need to be accomplished by the 2 counties in the future; and, the highlight went to “denuclearization of Korean Peninsula”.

The “denuclearization of Korean Peninsula” is still being pursued by the US. Should the talk happen in the near future, US would like to remind N. Korea of their promise. This as one of measures to establish peace across the Peninsula.

In addition, both countries promised to work on repatriating MIA/POW from both countries. Ortagus asserted that Washington would like to see these 4 points bear their fruit for the goodness sake of both countries, and for the world.

While the announcement made a sweet sound to N. Korean’s ears, US’ economic sanction over N. Korea is still being activated for N. Korea.

Looking back at the latest meeting in February in Hanoi, both countries seemed to fail to come to each own demand.
