Threat in UAE, King Salman Holds a Meeting in Mecca

Saudi Arabia - King Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud, the leader of Saudi Arabia invited leaders of the Gulf countries and Arab countries to attend an emergency high-level meeting to discuss threats in the Arab region in the holy city of Makkah on May 30, 2019 along with Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia.

It is reported that four commercial ships were sabotaged off the coast of the United Arab Emirates at the end of last week, and two days later it was the turn of a drone attack to occur at an oil plant owned by Saudi Arabia, causing major issues.

This meeting between King Salman and the Saudi Arabian Summit itself was held ahead of the 14th Summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to improve the cooperations between the Arabian countries.
