Besides the heart, brain, and lungs, what is the most important organ in a body? Kidney! They are one of the most important organs in a body to filter blood and extract toxins from the body. Therefore, the kidney needs to be in prime condition to keep your body out of toxins.

Fortunately, these are five drinks, easy to make and cheap, that may prevent your kidney from infection and inflammatory:

1. Ginger water

5. Dandelion tea
Dandelion tea is also a common drink known for its healthy properties. It is also healthy for your kidney. Easy to be found, dandelion is rich in vitamin A, B complex, C, D, iron, and zinc. As it is diuretic, it improves the kidney’s performance to filter toxins. Moreover, dandelion also replaces potassium within the urine.
