Prime Minister Abe enters Keio Hospital for two consecutive weeks

Today (24) Prime Minister Shinzo Abe revisited Keio University Hospital in Shinanomachi, Tokyo. . The Prime Minister had a day visit to the hospital on the 17th during the summer vacation, and will be visiting for two consecutive weeks. the doctor suggested the prime minister to continuous medical check up after last week visit, this is continuation of the previous one.

The Prime Minister explained to the reporters on the 19th that he returned to public affairs that he was inspected to ensure that my physical condition was fully managed. he said of his willingness to work in public affairs.Every weekday after the 19th, he goes to the prime minister's official residence every afternoon, and holds meetings with related ministers and executives of ministries and agencies to deal with the new coronavirus. The prime minister has a chronic ulcerative colitis disease, and during the first administration, his condition deteriorated after a major defeat in the Upper House election in July 2007, and he has resigned during his term of office. The prime minister recieved medical check up once every six month and this year on June.
