Passengers Complained Over British Airways' Inflight Meal

Airplane’s meals are known for its bad taste, sometimes it’s worse for the economy class passengers. However, have you ever seen an airplane meal that doesn’t served prettily? Moreover, it looks like a ‘dog food’? A passenger from Houston complained on his social media about the food the British Airway served him when he during his flight.

The passenger, Erik, shared on his social media about his experience during his British Airways’ flight. He stated that the food looked awful but it did taste good. However, he thinks that with $900, he was hoping to get a better service—at least the food needs to look a bit appetizing. Erik also shared the meal’s picture on Twitter, where he got the attention from other Twitter users. People are agreeing with him, saying it does look like a dog food.
British Airways, nonetheless, has apologized about this incident. They stated that they have invested in the catering in all cabins, which means there should be no difference between the economy and business class’ meal. They also stated that they are going to fix their inflight meal.

This isn’t the first time British Airway got complained about their meals, though. Earlier this year, Steve Kro and his partner complained about their inflight breakfast. They were expecting a full English breakfast, but instead, they were given a cereal bar and croissant.

In contrast, Qatar Airways has been topping the best airlines five times, according to Skytrax. They have been in the top since 1999 and it is said that the customers are satisfy with their cabin service (including meals), ground and airport experience, as well as onboard experience. It seems like British Airways need to review their inflight meal, so the passengers will be satisfied!
