Officially Agreed, Barack Obama and Michelle Obama will Make Podcasts on Spotify Soon

USA - It is reported that, former US President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle Obama recently made a deal to produce broadcasts or podcasts exclusively between music streaming service company Spotify and production company owned by Barack and Michelle Obama, Higher Ground Productions. According to the source, both will develop, produce, and lend their voices to broadcast series that offer various topics and issues.

Obama said in Variety that, they always believe in the value of entertaining and thought-provoking conversations that help usthem build connections with each other and open themselves to new ideas. He also added that, they are very excited about Higher Ground Audio because podcasts offer tremendous opportunities to encourage productive dialogue, make people smile and make people think, and, hopefully, bring them a little closer together with the listeners.

Obama's wife, Michelle, also stated that, through this they can share their stories with the world. She also said that, their hope is that through captivating and inspiring stories, Higher Ground Audio will not only produce interesting podcasts, but also help people connect emotionally and open their minds and hearts.

However, it is not yet known the contents of the podcasts will have explicit political focuses or not. Spotify also ensures that this podcast will offer a variety of dishes.

Dawn Ostroff, head Spotify content mentioned that, President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama are the two most important voices in the world and it is a privilege to work together with them to identify and share stories that will inspire our global listeners, who are looking for Spotify for unique breakthrough contents.

However, for Spotify, this agreement is called as expanding their new drive to podcasts, to diversify audio-entertainment mixes outside of music. This Obama podcasts also will be released around the world to Spotify premium and free program.
