Meghan Markle 'Appeared' in Suits
Did Meghan Markle come back to the TV screen? No, she didn’t. However, she was seen in trailer for Suits’ final season. The teaser which was released yesterday, June 20 shows a few clips of Meghan Markle’s past appearances on Suits’ previous season, back in 2018.The Duchess is known to have left the show in 2018, only a month before her marriage with Prince Harry. Since then, she has not appeared on TV or movie. Although she has not stated she quits acting, but she has indicated about the question everyone was asked. Markle revealed that she sees her marriage as a new chapter which indicates that she might say farewell to her acting career.
The trailer plays a flashback scene of Rachel (Markle’s character) and Mike (played by Patrick Adams)’s first meeting as well as their wedding scene. The fans got their hopes high though, after the release of Suits’ final season’s trailer. They still hope Markle would go back to the show.
Aaron Korsh, the creator of Suits revealed that he doesn’t see Markle returning for the show—not even as a cameo. Korsh previously stated that he will welcome Markle if she wants to come back. However, Korsh predicted it won’t happen due to her new life as a Duchess as well as her newborn baby on top of that. Nonetheless, Patrick Adam’s character, Mike, will be back to the last season of Suits and he might give updates of Rachel’s whereabouts throughout the season.
