Mass Shooting in Australia, 4 Innocent People Died

Darwin, Australia - According to Gavin Kennedy from the Northern Territory Police, at least four people were killed during mass shooting in the city of Darwin, Australia, on Tuesday (4/6) night local time. He also said that, the shooting was carried out by a 45 years old man, however, the shooter has been secured by the police.

Kennedy also confirmed that the condition has returned to normal and there was no further threat so that residents could return to normal activities. Through this announcement, the police revoked the warning they released earlier so that residents were alarmed because the shooter is still on the run.

Officials have not released further information regarding this mass shooting. However, several eyewitnesses told ABC News that they saw the suspect carrying guns into one of the hotels in Darwin. An eyewitness, John Rose stated that, the suspect was shooting all the rooms, and came into each room and shooting at the people inside. Then, he saw him run out, into the Toyota car and run away to the street.

However, The Australian Prime Minister, Scott Morrison, said that the shooting was not related to terrorism, and still investigating the suspect and his motive on doing the mass shooting.
