Behind the scenes, they are trying to unravel a mysterious plot that took the life of a young girl's parents. Then, a female newspaper reporter appears before him in pursuit of Dr. Chocolate...  

Kentaro Sakaguchi plays the role of Tetsuya Noda, a former doctor who has lost his dominant arm, and Noai Shirayama, the grand prix winner of the 9th "Toho Cinderella" competition, plays Yui Terashima, a gifted surgeon named Dr. Chocolate. Aoi Wakana, Suzuki Sarina, Maeda Wasaburo, Furukawa Yudai, Ozawa Yukiyoshi, Saito Yuki, and Nishino Nanase will play a newspaper reporter in pursuit of Dr. Chocolate's true identity.  Sakaguchi and Shirayama have now cranked the filming, which started with an emergency operation scene in an airplane cockpit.
