　According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, the relocation work will be carried out sequentially from November by the Earthquake and Volcano Department and the Atmosphere and Ocean Department, which is in charge of weather forecasting. Secretary Sekida and other executives officially relocated on the 24th of the same month when they started operations at the new government building, and other departments had completed their work by the 7th of this month. The former government building and site will be returned to the Ministry of Finance as state-owned property.
