Everyone nowadays seems to overwork and tend to stress out easily. Long working hours, non-friendly working environment and never-ending work problems also cause them to skip their meals and don’t have enough time to sleep.
The reason why people nowadays are working so hard is to fulfill their response to every demand. Financial stress such as high rents, school loans, and other general cost living tend to put people in an entirely unreasonable panic. These ways of working habit are not good for everyone, and people can actually be successful without working crazy.
Here are some tips to work hard without working crazy:
1. Pay more attention to yourself
From 75 to 90 percent of people who visits physicians are diagnosed with stress. Stress contributes to other diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and another autoimmune disease. To achieve big goals, it requires good health. Give yourself a break whenever you feel down and you may ask some help from your peer.

2. Take care of your body
Normally, adults need 7 to 9 hours of sleep. Some people may be able to do less, however, it will eventually lead you to a chronical state of tiredness. Caffeine could help you to go through the day, however, drinking too much coffee or other caffeinated drinks will only set you to physical collapse.

3. Give yourself a break
Everyone needs a break. It is okay if you are making slow progress than the others, as long as you are committed and always do your task constantly, you will achieve your success. Always give yourself a time to break, to think and to reflect on everything you do. Avoid comparing yourself with other people.

4. Work smarter not harder
Always have a strategy in every job you’re doing. Do tasks that will lead you to your goal and always ask yourself whether the task you’re doing is worth your time or not. To work smarter and not harder will help you to achieve your success with less stress.
