Helicopters crashed into building, one person died

A helicopter fell on the roof of one of the buildings in the center of Manhattan, New York, United States, on Monday (10/6). The helicopter allegedly failed to land. This incident made the roof of building burn. But it was put out by the local firefighters. According to the US aviation regulator, pilot was the only person in the helicopter when the incident occurred.

Reporting from CNN, New York police said that there was a helicopter falling on the roof of 787 7th Avenue in Manhattan. The Agusta A109E helicopter falls right in the center of the crowd, close to Times Square. Some occupants claimed that they felt a strong shake from building. New York Governor, Andrew Cuomo, said that the incident restored people's memories of the September 11, 2001 attacks. Luckily, they still calm and didn't panic when evacuated by officers.

One of the workers on 29th floor of the building named Nathan Hutton said that he felt that the entire building was shifting. He thought that an earthquake had occurred. 

New York Mayor, Bill de Blasio, who spoke from the scene said that he was grateful that only one person died in this incident. He also added that no indication that this was an act of terror. This also no ongoing threat to New York city.
