Lately, Facebook and Instagram social media often error. Throughout this 2019, this social media has recorded 4 times down. Even Whatsapp is also affected, because Whatsapp is also under the auspices of Facebook.

Based on data originating from the online service detection site, Downdetector, this year's Facebook and Instagram services have more frequent errors than in previous years.
In mid-2019, the number of Instagram downtime increased by 90 percent, or doubled compared to last year. Facebook is the most severe, with downtime of 281 percent.

Through their official Twitter account and Facebook page, Facebook said that this down is due to periodic maintenance. In addition, it also related to performance degradation at the API endpoint on Facebook's platform.

Facebook down services is certainly not a good thing. Especially recently they are being hit by the security issues of users' personal data. This certainly makes them more doubtful by billions of Facebook service users.

Moreover, Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp are in the plan to integrate into Facebook. This integration which is targeted to be completed by the end of 2019 or early 2020 seems to be doubted by Facebook users.
