Guardiola annoyed at journalist’s questions over FFP after Man City’s treble victory

Pep Guardiola was offended by one of sudden question from a reporter regarding his opinion on UEFA’s Financial Fair Play (FFP) case aftermath of Manchester City’s  domestic treble victory.

He was being indicated of receiving extra payment from the club Abu Dhabi owner outside his £15million-a-year contract as Manchester City’s manager.

The Citizens manager, Pep Guardiola, reacts bitterly over the journalist’s question.

“Do you know the question you're asking me? 'Did I receive money for another situation, right now, today? Honestly, do you think I deserve to have this type of question, the day we won the treble, did I receive money? Are you accusing me of receiving money” said Guardiola.

He added that he listened to the Club Chairman (Khaldoon al-Mubarak) and CEO (Ferran Soriano), they gave him the arguments for why they are under investigation and he emphasized if he trust them.

'I believe them. If the opponents and contenders think it is just about the money, it is OK”

Guardiola believes Manchester City are not guilty until it is proven.

UEFA's club financial control body chief auditor reported City to the European governing body's adjudicatory chamber for alleged violation of financial fair play regulations.

Man City will be banned from the Champions League for a season if the court proven the guilty.
