According to this, in order to enable intensive measures even if an emergency declaration has not been issued, the number of new positives, etc. regarding the requirement to take "priority measures such as spread prevention" newly established in the revised law, etc. Based on the situation of

▽ There is a risk of spreading infection in prefectures

▽ It is stipulated that it is recognized that there is a risk of hindering the provision of medical care.

On top of that, as measures that prefectures can take for stores and facilities such as restaurants under "priority measures"

▽ Encouragement of employees to undergo inspections

▽ Arrangement of visitors

▽ Prohibition of admission for people with symptoms such as fever

▽ It stipulates that visitors should be informed of measures to prevent infection and that those who do not do so should be prohibited from entering.
