Got the Special Screening, Isyana and Gamaliel Left During Aladdin Premiere

Jakarta, Indonesia - Both of Indonesian famous singers were chosen by Disney to sing the film's theme song Aladdin, the Indonesian version of A Whole New World, Isyana Sarasvati and Gamaliel Tapiheru had to leave in the middle of the film screening because there was another event waiting for them at 12 PM.

Isyana and Gamaliel got the privilege of watching Aladdin first premiere in Indonesia. They were only watching half less, not until the middle, A Whole New World even not yet sung as the climax of this classic love story, as stated by Gamaliel  in a limited interview in Menteng, Central Jakarta, Friday (5/17).

Isyana said that even though she only watched less than half of the films, Isyana has rated Aladdin as a very exciting film that she actually didn't even want to leave and wanted to watch Aladdin for longer. However, she was reminded to leave immediately for the scheduled event. Gamaliel, her singing partner also agreed with Isyana with her statement.

Even though Aladdin has received a lot of criticism because of the selection of actors and actress who were considered inappropriate, including Naomi Scott, who plays as Jasmine, because she did not have an Arabian lineage, and Mena Massoud as Aladdin was criticized less handsome, Gamalied said that in his opinion Aladdin in the first film was not so handsome and he thinks it's right. Jasmine is also really beautiful, and the Genie is really adorable in the movie.

Both of the singers also stated that both of them only be able to watch again at the premiere in Indonesia on Tuesday (5/21), a day before the public screening. Who is excited to watch this romantic classic live Disney movie?
