Financial Services Agency Decides to Issue "Report Request Order" to Mizuho Bank

The Financial Services Agency (FSA) has decided to issue an order to the bank to report the cause of the problem and prevent its recurrence, based on the law.

According to the officials, they are taking the situation very seriously, as customers were not able to withdraw their deposits and had to wait for a long time to get their bankbooks and cash cards out of ATMs.

The Financial Services Agency is expected to ask Mizuho Bank for a detailed report on the cause of the system failure and the series of actions taken.
