Having a healthy and slim body is a goal for everyone, especially women. Therefore, Jane McClenaghan, an author of several books about recipes of healthy food and life, would like to share 10 tips of how you can have your body goals without suffering from obsessive diet.

First, you can stop the diet that you are having now. By eating less than your actual need is, in fact, toxic for your body, and it leads to several body problems. Instead of crash dieting, Jane suggested that you can take more vegetables, and healthier, fresher food. So, stop starving yourselves to death.

Second things second, stop counting the calories in your food. You are not a nutritionist, and a healthy food is more than just having a precise calories. Balance your food intake to fulfill your carbs, protein, mineral, and vitamins to strengthen your body.

Next, remember to keep in mind of what you eat and drink. Once you have written it down, take a look at that note, and be honest with yourselves. Which food or drink do you need to take away less? If you want to have a healthy body, you have to be strict to yourselves. No pain, no gain.

Contradictory to everyone’s stereotype, do eat more fat and watch our food and drink intake. Fat is essential for our body, since it consists of vital nutrients for our body. Some fats are actually essential for our bady, so do not consume trans fat. Consume more nuts, and fresh meat. Do not take too much sugar in your drinks. If you hate fruit and vegetables, start loving them now, since taking fruit and vegetables is one way to have an ultimate body. It is a common secret that by eating fruit and vegetables, our metabolism and antibody are renewed.

After that, pay attention to the time when you eat. If necessary, stick to the 12 hour zone. For instance, if you eat at 7 a.m, eat your supper at 7 p.m. Do not eat additional snack or meal afterwards.

Sixth advice is try avoiding snacks. If you have 3 courses of meals, then fill these 3 with enough portion so that you do not have the urge to snack.

Last advice is DO NOT take sugar. Soda and sweets addicts, this one is for you. This one is agreed by everyone: sugar makes you fatter. In addition, if you drink, reduce your alcohol now. You can start drinking mineral water, if you want to have a fit body for the rest of your life.

People are trying various programs, but they fail. Instead of having fit body, either they end up obese or malnourished.  However, we assure you that by following these steps, you can have the body you have been dreaming of.
