SIKM inspection by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government

DKI Provincial Government Officially Revokes SIKM

The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta has officially nullified Jakarta Exit Permit (SIKM) per Tuesday (14/7). This is because SIKM since the entry into force of the Transitional PSBB has become ineffective.

Head of DKI Jakarta Transportation Agency, Syafrin Liputo said during the PSBB transition and since the ban on going home was lifted by the central government, the effectiveness of SIKM declined. This is in line with the limited SIKM inspection by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, namely only at transportation nodes such as terminals, stations, and airports as well as on several roads.

On the other hand, according to Syafrin, residents who enter by private vehicle are free to enter Jakarta without SIKM via unattended access roads. In addition, based on data, the awareness of citizens in taking care of SIKM also declined.

In fact, according to Syafrin, SIKM as a means of limiting the movement of people is actually very effective if the supervision and control is really done through the active participation of all parties, both DKI Jakarta Provincial Government, the central government, and other local governments.

After SIKM has been abolished, now in exchange, residents who want to enter and exit Jakarta must continue to take care of the permit by filling out the forms in the Corona Likelihood Metric application or CLM.

CLM is a health test method using information technology systems to determine the possibility of a person's risk of Covid-19.

Filling out CLM can be done through the application https://jaki.jakarta.go.id/ or through the https://rapidtest-corona-jakarta.go.id site.
