Democratic Party for the People's Representative Election Announces Tamaki and Ito Report Candidates

The representative election of the Democratic Party for the People was announced on the 8th, and two members, Yuichiro Tamaki (51) and Takae Ito (45), who are members of the House of Representatives, have submitted their candidacy. The ballot counting is on the 18th. Mr. Tamaki and Mr. Ito will hold a joint press conference in the Diet on the afternoon of the 8th to explain the reasons for running.

 Prior to the notification of the candidacy, Mr. Tamaki stated at a press conference on the 3rd, "I would like to take the lead in expanding the party power toward the upcoming House of Representatives election." On the same day, Mr. Ito told reporters, "Even if it's small, it's a public party, so you can't vote without a vote."
