Confucion with "Zero Nuclear Power Plant" and "Split Party", Constitution Concerned

The National Democratic Party will hold a general assembly of both houses and decide whether to join the Constitutional Democratic Party.on 19th August this year in a hotel in Tokyo. The discussion is debate on deputies who are supported by the General Electric Power Federation are protesting against the “zero nuclear power” specified in the draft plan of the confluent new party, which was compiled between the secretary generals of both parties.

House of Representatives held an urgent meeting on 18th to revise the agenda both Houses. There were some negative opinions about the draft plan to "realize a zero nuclear power plant as soon as possible", but confirmed that it would be the agenda for the general meeting. On the other hand, there was an opposition to the splitting party, and decision is consult with the general assembly that "the procedure will be left to the representative and secretary general if there are people who do not participate in the merger."

The cautious confluence of Mr. Tamaki and others is eager to get the understanding of the sufficiency of the split party through intra-party talks. On the other hand, secretary-generals Hirobumi Hirano and other consensus proponents are negative to the splitting party, saying that the confluence itself may be delayed. Yasunobu Aihara, Secretary-General of the coalition that mediates the confluence, had a three-party talk with Mr. Tamaki and the representative of the constitution, Yukio Edano. Mr. Aihara asked Mr. Tamaki to discontinue the split party. The Constitution and the people's confluence promotion group are aiming to form a new party in early September, and the limit is approaching. If the general assembly of both citizens is in conflict, the confluence promotion group that forms a majority within the party wants to pass the consensus with a majority vote.
