Before the ceremony began, participants of the ceremony were transported by boat and sea bicycle to designated location.

The formation of flag ceremony at sea is also no different from ceremony on land. The difference is, red and white flag raisers and coaches to the leader of ceremony use water bikes in carrying out their duties. This sea ceremony is the first time it has been held. No wonder this ceremony also seized the attention of residents along the coast. This ceremony at sea was deliberately held to increase the spirit of nationalism of coastal residents.

Not only the fishermen. Ancol will also do the same thing, namely the Flying of the Red and White Flag in Water at Ancol Sea World. Flying the flag is one of a series of events that will take place there. Many people were enthusiastic about the event that was held in Ancol.
