The online service is custom excise information system and automation (CEISA) Directorate General of customs of kemenkeu, inaportnet kemenhub and excise tax of kemenkeu, inatrade kemendag connected with Indonesia National single window (INSW).

He said the exporters at Tanjung Priok Port complained about the disruption of export-based electronic licensing service system through Inatrade portal some time ago.
