Biden, Sanders debate over bringing U.S out of COVID-19

Former Vice President of the United States (U.S) also a candidate for the 2020 U.S Presidential Election, Joe Biden, and Senator Bernie Sanders debated to put themselves as the best leader to lead the U.S through the ongoing global pandemic caused by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

Biden, having his experience as the former Vice President to Barack Obama, stated that he would deploy the military to help with the recovery efforts. Meanwhile, Sanders relies on the U.S healthcare system.

As the U.S’ activity is affected by the COVID-19, the questions linger on “is Donald Trump” eligible to lead the nation?” The COVID-19 is certain to take the highlight in the 2020 campaigns for the next Presidential seat.

Not only recovery but also both candidates had different opinions on how to solve the economic crisis in the U.S. Biden said that another government-backed economic rescue plan might be helpful in the coming months, while Sanders relies on drawing taxes from the wealthiest residents in the nation.

Biden is seen outwitting Sanders as he determined to keep his focus on the 2020 election. He even selected a woman as his running mate if he becomes the Democratic nominee. Sanders is most likely to follow suit.

While Sanders’ influence is getting smaller, the Vermont senator also boasted the “Medicare for All” system he has long taken on every occasion. He said that the program will solve shortages in COVID-19 tests and anxiety over U.S healthcare’s readiness to deal with the pandemic.
