Apple Recalls Macbook Pro for Overheating

Attention, Apple users, please do check your Macbook Pro’s serial number. Due to overheat and battery cooling problem, Apple declared a recall to older units of Macbook Pro 15-inch display. The recall covers the units purchased ranging from September 2015 to February 2017.

Once you have checked the serial number, input the numbers into Apple’s support website to check whether your Macbook Pro is safe or not. If it shows potential risk, bring it to the Apple authorized service provider nearby to have it fixed.

Apple requested users of older version of Macbook Pro 15-inch from the ranging period to stop using the Macbook, afraid of overheating that will lead to several fiery problems such as sudden explosion and fire. Apple will change the battery for free.

Fortunately, if you purchase the Macbook Pro later than February 2017 and other Apple products, rest assured since your gadget is fine.

Battery issue and Apple product seem to be best friend, since Apple products are known for their battery problem.

In 2016, Apple offered battery replacement for iPhone 6S. Following the 2016 announcement, Apple iPhone users complained a falling performance of iPhone SE, 6, 6S, and 7. Apple did make it happen to preserve the battery by slowing down the performance. Hence, Apple announced that they would change the battery for the iPhones at a discounted price.

Last month, Apple offered free repair for Retina Display in Macbook Pro 13-inch, ranging from October 2016 to February 2018. Seriously, Apple, fix your product before launching it.
