Kitagawa plays the main character Hiiragi Shizuku, a judge and teacher in charge of practical work, in her fifth and first starring role on the station's signature drama series "Tsuki 9. This is a legal entertainment drama in which Hiiragi and the people around her clash with their own values and question the state of the legal profession. 　The character opposite Hiiragi is played by Hiroki Yamada (32) as Hitoshi Aoi, a genius instructor who is a legal precedent nerd. Hiiragi begins to suspect Kazami's involvement, saying that Tsuyama may not have committed suicide either. 　The news of Kazami's arrest upset Yukino Terui (Sara Minami), Shintaro Manaka (Fumiya Takahashi), Junpei Kiriya (Wantaro Maeda), Takuma Mizusawa (Kentaro Maeda), and Mukoh Amano (Hana Kawamura).
