Ehime, Japan. Initially the name of this company was Ikawa Shiko Co., Ltd. In 1959 his name was changed to Ikawa Shigyo Co., Ltd by starting production of toilet paper. in 1971 Obtained JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards) certification as one of only 17 certified factories in Japan. In 1973 Paper towel production started. Then one year after that develop sitting toilet paper. In 1992 Launched Clinpet "jumbo" toilet paper. and in 2004 the company name was changed to Clinpet Japan. In 2011 Established SHANGHAI CLINPET CO., LID. in Shanghai China, as 100% subsidiary.
